HOSTING PRINCIPLES

Plan Your Moment

Welcome people freely

Open your doors with unconditional hospitality. Gatherings should remain accessible to anyone who wishes to participate, free from admission charges, mandatory sign-ups, commercial promotions, or exclusive barriers. A welcoming spirit creates the common ground needed for genuine human connection.

Prepare with care

Set up a clean, comfortable, and tranquil setting ahead of time. Ensure participants have simple, accessible seating, adequate lighting, and clear arrival instructions. Thoughtful preparation removes unnecessary friction, allowing everyone present to ease naturally into shared stillness and reflection.

Respect privacy

Safeguard the personal space and confidentiality of every attendee. Avoid unannounced recordings, photography, or data collection unless explicit consent has been granted in advance. A trusted environment allows every individual to participate fully and without hesitation.
